The Prime Minister of India, Mr Narendra Modi, has launched the ‘Make in India’ initiative to place India on the world map as a manufacturing hub and give global recognition to the Indian economy. As a result of this, India’s manufacturing sector could touch US$ 1 trillion by 2025. Several mobile phone, luxury and automobile brands, among others, have set up or are looking to establish their manufacturing bases in the country. The focus of the Make in India programme is on 25 sectors.
Thanks to this initiative and the increase in foreign direct investment, the year 2016 is anticipated to create about 3.5 million job opportunities. A survey conducted by the Indian arm of US-based staffing firm, ManpowerGroup, said, employers predict an increase of almost 42% in the hiring numbers. “Industries like manufacturing and automation will now witness a major boost,” said AG Rao, group MD, ManpowerGroup India, at the “Make in India” week celebration in February 2016. Growth, Productivity, Efficiency, Return on Investment are all terms associated with Automation. To achieve the goals that we, as a country, have set for ourselves, Automation is a necessity. Opportunities are tremendous and growth potential is enormous. What is needed is Knowledge & Skill, which is where we come in.
This is a 6 month program. This is a comprehensive program
where students learn theory of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs and Servo Controllers,
along with SCADA. Focussed attention is paid on students picking up Programming
skills irrespective of the Controller. Once they are confident with their
Programming techniques, they are introduced to actual PLCs & HMIs. They
learn SCADA development and integration with PLCs. Finally they work on VFDs
& Servo Controllers.

the end of this course, you will be able to program on most known brands of PLC
& HMI, for medium applications. You will be able to architect a display
philosophy and develop an application for monitoring, control & acquisition
of data. You will also be able to program VFD/Servo Controller for
position/speed/torque based applications.
This is a 4 monthprogram. In this course, students learn theory of PLCs & HMIs and the Basic
principles of SCADA. Subsequently, the course moves on to Programming
principles, which is taught with Real Life Applications. After sufficient
practice with Logical building of programs, they work with Controllers &
HMIs. SCADA is taught from the Basics until Integration with PLCs and
Reporting.

In this course, students first learn about PLCs & HMIs.
·After the Basics are
covered, the course moves on to Good Programming practices where they work
on Real Life Project Scenarios.Once they are thorough with
Programming Techniques, they move on to working with Controllers & HMIs.
This is a 6 weeks program. It covers theory of PLC & HMI. This is followed by Logic Building and Programming Techniques, where they have to work on solutions to Real Life Industry requirements. The students are then introduced to the programming environment of any one controller that they choose. They work in the Simulation environment and on the Actual Controllers.

We have developed SCADA solutions to enable customers map their process flow and analyze their productivity based on real time data.
While our projects continue, now, we have ventured into this Field of Education because we feel strongly that we can contribute to the space of Automation by bridging the gap between what the Industry wants and what a student needs. Our faculty comprises of Engineers who have executed projects in reputed companies like Renault Nissan, Maruti, Honda, Hero Honda, TATA Motors, Mahindra & Bajaj.
This is not a PLC Training Institute. We have created a Centre for Higher Learning where students who are limited by their environment, get an opportunity to learn and grow as Automation Professionals.
